Telewise provides the core IC components that integrates with home gateway products, smart appliances, computer and other peripherals to enable simple, low cost and efficient home networking.

In addition to delivering chip set solutions, Telewise makes available its core technology for licensing to device manufacturers for integrating home networking functionality into their products.

Telewise is expected to release HomePlug v1.0 specification compliant semiconductor ICs in 2001. Applications of these ICs include Internet access/file/peripheral sharing over multiple PCs, Voice over IP, streaming audio and multimedia and multi-player gaming.

Telewise supports its OEM customers to bring home networking products to the market by providing comprehensive reference designs including PCB layout, product designs and software applications.
