- Communications
System Developer
Responsible for high-speed digital communications algorithm/system
development; Knowledge of digital communications techniques including
channel/source coding, synchronization, equalization, detection and
estimation, and optimal filtering; Required programming skills in C and
Matlab with proficiency in Simulink a plus; Entry level must demonstrate
potential; Senior level with prior experience in digital communications
algorithm/system development desired. MS/PhD in EE or equivalence.
- DSP Firmware Engineers
Responsibilities include high-speed digital communications algorithm/system development,
simulation and coding; Familiar with DSP programming for digital communications systems; Skillful
in DSP real-time debugging; Required programming skills in C, Matlab, and DSP assembly; Entry level
must demonstrate potential; Senior level with prior experience in digital communications system development

Hardware and ASIC Design

Engineers
Responsibilities include system and chip architecture definition,
performance evaluation, C-model design, test bench design, and design
validation. Should have good knowledge in computer architecture or
network/communications systems, ASIC design flow, and logic design
concept; be familiar with C/Verilog/Perl/Assembly. Good communication

Engineer
Responsibilities include block/chip design, from micro-architecture,
behavioral model, gate model, layout, to chip bring-up, and support.
Should be familiar with ASIC design flow, Verilog or VHDL, Synopsys;
More than 1 ASIC design cycle experience preffered. Good communication
skill; self-motivated; good team work. BS/MS/PhD in CE/EE. FPGA and
board design experience a plus.
- Hardware Design
Engineers
Responsibilities include hardware
architecture/design, PCB design, FPGA design, system bring-up, test
program development under DOS, support, and documentation. Require at
least BSEE, 3-year or more experiences from specification, board design,
FPGA design, to hands-on bring-up and troubleshooting; Good
communication skill; self-motivated; good team work. Knowledge of
microcontroller/processor system design, networking, analog circuit
design, PCI/USB/1394 experience, preferred.
- Analog Mixed Signal
Design Engineers
Responsibilities include the design and development of analog
mixed-signal IC design for communication, from design concept, circuit
design, simulation, layout guidance, to testing, characterization, and
support. Requires BS/MSEE or higher, at least 3-5 years of hand-on
experience in developing analog mixed-signal circuit, self-motivated.
Experience in RF or CMOS design, analog testing, CAD tools preferred.
- CAD Engineer
Responsibilities include set-up, in-house training, support of all
different CAD tools, and generating script and methodology. Require BSEE/CS
or higher, 3-year or more hand-on experience in CAD support, good
programming skill, and capability of learning new tools quickly. Good
communication skill; self-motivated; good team work. Preferred
experiences include Synopsys, Verilog, VCS, SignalScan, PrimeTime,
Xilinx Foundation ISE, DFT, ATPG, and PC/Unix.
Software and Networking
- Software
Engineers
Responsible for Network Devices Test and Configuration Software
Development under DOS, Win95/98, WinNT and Win2K; At least 2-3 year
experiences in PC devices testing and configuration software development
under DOS and Windows environments; Required programming skills in C++
and C; Knowledge of TCP/IP/Ethernet networking required; Familiar with
Microsoft Foundation Class(MFC) a plus; BS/MS in CS/EE.
- Device Driver Software
Engineers
Responsible for PC networking device driver development; At least 2-3
years experience in Win95/98, WinNT, or Win2K NDIS device driver design;
Required programming skills in C and assembly code as well as SoftICE
Debugger; Familiar with at least one of PCI/USB/MII device drivers;
Linux system device driver experience a plus; BS/MS in CS/EE.
- Embedded Networking
Firmware Engineers
Responsible for embedded networking firmware development & real-time
debugging; At least 2-3 years experience in embedded firmware design;
Required programming skills in C and Assembly code; Proficiency in
real-time firmware debugging; Good knowledge in IEEE 802.3 standards
preferred; BS/MS in CS/EE.
Sales and Marketing
